What we've achieved together in our first year
Our July newsletter is out — £4,000 removed from the rent charge, a new MUGA safety cage, a safer play surface, and a seat at the table with the council and developers.

Working together to protect our community and shape our future.
We represent the residents of Hilltop Park, Hilltop View and the Taylor Wimpey phases in Chippenham, Wiltshire — a community of more than 600 homes. We are a group of resident volunteers working to make the estate a better place to live.
What we've achieved together in our first year
- £4,000 removed from the estate rent charge
- New safety cage installed around the MUGA
- Safer surface installed in the play park
- Estate Steering Group established with council, developers and residents
- Hundreds of households represented by the RA

Our Crowdfunder is coming soon
Everything above was achieved by volunteers, with no funding behind us. To keep going we need to cover real costs — registering the association properly as a community interest company, paying for professional advice when an issue is too complex to take on with goodwill alone and printing and delivering the newsletter to every home. We're launching a Crowdfunder to raise it.
The campaign isn't open yet. We'll post the link here and in our Facebook group the moment it goes live.
Crowdfunder collects and holds the money, so you can support us before the association has its own bank account.
