Building on what residents have started
Good things happen when neighbours share their knowledge and work together.
The water-bill refunds are one example: a resident’s persistence, supported by the Association, helped establish that eligible households could claim refunds and ongoing reductions. Our website and newsletters help share useful information more widely, so more residents can benefit and get involved.
We want to build on that foundation: clearer explanations of estate costs, constructive discussions about maintenance and a community that has a meaningful say in decisions.
What your donation makes possible
The Association is run by volunteers, but there are practical costs behind the work. Donations will help fund:
- Keeping residents informed: newsletters, printing, website and email services.
- Listening to the community: surveys, consultations and meetings that help us understand residents’ priorities.
- Getting informed answers: access to independent advice when estate finances or management arrangements need closer examination.
These resources also help us prepare for greater resident involvement in the Management Company. Bloor has indicated summer 2027 as a possible point for greater resident control. That is an expectation, not a confirmed handover date, but preparing now will help residents make informed choices when the opportunity comes.
A final chance to contribute

We’ll report the final amount raised, explain how the money is used and keep residents updated on what it supports.
