The first newsletter, and the only one delivered on paper — it went to every home on the estate in July 2025, before the association was formally established that September.
It sets out why residents needed a recognised voice rather than dealing with Bloor Homes and FirstPort individually, and lists the concerns the association took up from the start: unfulfilled drainage conditions under planning reference 18/12130/REM, missing land drainage and watercourse consents, and completion certificates that had not been issued for the open space, play area and allotments.
One address has been redacted, as it was a private home rather than an association address.
