Constitution
The association's constitution, setting out its aims, membership, code of conduct and how the committee is elected. Approved at the first Residents' Meeting on 5 September 2025.
The constitution is deliberately short. The association exists to give residents a single, recognised voice while the estate is handed over from Bloor Homes to the Hilltop Park (Chippenham) Management Company, and it is written to suit that purpose rather than to outlive it.
It covers the association's aims, who can be a member, the code of conduct expected at meetings, and how the elected committee is formed — including that membership is open to every household regardless of age, race, disability, colour, gender, political or religious belief, marital status or sexuality, and that each household counts as one vote.
